The product must be returned complete, with tags and original packaging, showing no signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its nature and function.

Refund

Processed via the original payment method, within 14 days of us receiving the returned product or proof of shipment.

Defective products or shipping damage

Contact us immediately with photos — we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
