Right of withdrawal (customers in the EU — Portugal, Spain, Italy)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If you order several items delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement — for example, an email to gloriasecrets.store@gmail.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Extended return window (all countries, including Switzerland)

In addition to the legal period, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return window from receipt, also available to customers in Switzerland, where this period is not a legal requirement but a commercial policy of GLORIA. Returns within this extended window follow the same procedure described on this page.

Returning the item

Please send the item back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. We will send you the return address and instructions by email. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the 14-day period has expired.

Free return shipping

GLORIA always covers the cost of return shipping, regardless of the reason (change of mind or defect).

Condition of returned items

You may handle and try on the item as you would in a shop, to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We kindly ask you to return it in its original packaging where possible. Missing tags or packaging will not prevent you from exercising your right of withdrawal. However, you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and in that case we may deduct that diminished value from your refund.

Refund

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item back or you have supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is earliest.

Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the law of your country of residence: 3 years in Portugal and Spain, and 2 years in Italy and Switzerland, from delivery. If an item is defective or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge or, where this is not possible, to a price reduction or a full refund. This legal guarantee applies independently of, and in addition to, the right of withdrawal and any commercial guarantee we offer.

Defective products or shipping damage

Contact us with photos at gloriasecrets.store@gmail.com — we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
